​Student Success Initiative (SSEI)

Partnering with AASCU in data collection efforts to assess progress of participating SSEI institutions in meeting their goals to meet the needs of their students.

​Performance Management System

Developed performance management program and materials for administrative team at CommuniKids Preschool. 

​Family Engagement Toolkit Evaluation Project

Partnering with Third Sight, LLC in the development and user testing of a Special Olympics Family Engagement Toolkit for engaging with diverse families of children with and without disabilities.

Jennifer R. Crandall, PhD

Jennifer, a first-generation college graduate with over 25 years of experience in education, is a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and policy and practice for underserved populations. Her work spans a broad portfolio, including qualitative and survey research projects and products on issues like marginalized students in education; family engagement with culturally, linguistically, and racially diverse families; people with disabilities in the workforce; freedom of expression; and innovation in leadership and education delivery in higher education. She served as co-coordinator of the Education Policy Fellowship Program in Washington, DC and has worked and lived in South Korea, Russia, Slovakia, India, and Nepal. 


She has a PhD in Administrative and Policy Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and an MA in Curriculum and Instruction and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
