Collegium Insights was founded on the belief that meaningful partnerships lead to transformative outcomes. Whether working with educational institutions, non-profits, foundations, or government or corporate entities, Collegium Insights is dedicated to creating a more equitable future where everyone has access to the resources they need to thrive.


Jennifer R. Crandall, PhD

Jennifer, a first-generation college graduate with over 25 years of experience in education, is a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and policy and practice for underserved populations. Her work spans a broad portfolio, including qualitative and survey research projects and products on issues like marginalized students in education; family engagement with culturally, linguistically, and racially diverse families; people with disabilities in the workforce; freedom of expression; and innovation in leadership and education delivery in higher education. She served as co-coordinator of the Education Policy Fellowship Program in Washington, DC and has worked and lived in South Korea, Russia, Slovakia, India, and Nepal. 


She has a PhD in Administrative and Policy Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and an MA in Curriculum and Instruction and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
